Rates spiked up just a bit yesterday and are settling back down today. Tomorrow’s rates will hopefully bring us back to the high 5’s territory.
6.00% — Conforming, 30 year fixed
5.80% — Conforming, 5/1 ARM
8.50% — Jumbo 30 year fixed
8.25% — Jumbo 5/1 ARM
