		<description>having worked for Indy Mac for 6 months i can see why they shut down as the they were very poorly ran. My dad lost money in the first year the s/l went bad i honestly hope others dont end up with the same fate.</description>

She was reimbursed a total of $100,000. Those at the S &#38; L assured her all the money was insured.  There was another S &#38; L across the street.  She lobbied Congress to no avail.</description>

		<description>It's unfortunate that no repairs are done.  I saw one home where there was a hole from the master bedroom to the outside of the house...I could see the palm tree.  Any rodent could have climbed in..and that's only 1 of many things that the homeowner did....</description>
