The MLS search feature automatically recalculates the number of “hits” while you watch. Select “Residential” and “Single Family-Detached” and you get thousands of hits. (click the pic to enlarge, click Back when done)

Enter more search criteria such as number of bedrooms, number of baths, city, price, etc., and watch the number of hits shrink.

When you get to a manageable number of hits, click “View Results”.

From here, you can sort by any of the column titles, and see Details, Photos, and Maps by clicking the tabs on the top right of the screen.
